Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn or unused)

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal

Items sent back without a portal request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via info@houseofzazla.com. 

We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products, bedding)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We recommend returning your item through the portal and then placing a separate order for the new item to ensure availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if the refund is approved

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card to process the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@houseofzazla.com

Return Process & Shipping

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse are shipped at your expense unless you purchased Re:do Return Protection

  • Each item must have its own tracking number (unless sold as a set)

  • Refunds are not processed until tracking confirms delivery

  • Use original packaging if possible; otherwise, use a box of similar size and durability

  • Return shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and location

  • Original delivery or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refused deliveries are returned at your expense

Re:do Return Protection
If you selected Re:do Return Protection at checkout ($2.98), your eligible return is free. Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are excluded.

Changed Your Mind?

You can submit a return through our Return Portal within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
